"Mir scheint, dass man im Moment nur noch die General Elections abwarten will. Das ist jedoch nicht hinnehmbar. Ich fordere den Speaker des Repräsentantenhauses, Mr. Ronald Nixon, dazu auf, seine Aufgaben gemäß dem Presidential Succession Act wahrzunehmen. Zumindest sollte er dafür sorgen, dass wieder alle Secretaries Zugang zum Kabinett bekommen."
